The Apostle Paul says after we get through the curveball, we can help those that are suffering. It puts within our hearts compassion and empathy that we would not otherwise know. God does not cause bad things to happen to us so that we can help others, but he wants us to use the bad things that happen so that we can better minister to hurting people.
